Services Include:

  • One-on-one confidential support to deal with the stressors that newcomers to Canada may face, along with other challenges.

  • Wellness informed group sessions available for families, schools, and other community organizations.

  • Coaching to help you navigate the challenges in your personal and professional lives.

  • Information and referral services to community-based specialized services and long-term therapeutic supports.
