A 20-minute conversation over the phone to prepare you for success.

As employers are increasingly using telephone interviews in Canada, this course will aid you in developing your skills and confidence in:

  • How to prepare yourself for the telephone interview process
  • Telephone interview etiquette
  • How to stand out from other candidates
